Nope.

The nation of Alphaland is run entirely based on models and predictions given by their advanced computers. When their computers tell them that they can start a war with neighboring Betastan and win it within two months, the result is predictable: Betastan doesn't play by the computer's rules. Their sabotage, guerilla warfare, and their clever ways of circumventing the Alphaland computers results in a complete defeat for the Alphaland regime. The war is over quickly, but it's Alphaland that loses.

This book was not great.
