I tried to finish this one out of respect for Le Guin, but I couldn't. It's neither science fiction nor fantasy. It's a collection of short stories set in a fictional eastern European nation. The problem is that the stories are so utterly useless. It's just normal, boring people doing normal, boring things and I just don't care. This one is not a winner.
