Humor, time travel, and saucy robots. What's not to love? Well, the humor, the time travel, and the saucy robots. Those are my least favorite elements of science fiction. If you like time travel and enjoy a bit of humor, this is your book. It isn't mine.

It has some other strikes against it: the author's casual use of slurs against gay people, and there are legit Nazis--which is so cliche as to be nearly unforgivable.

Look, if you like Ron Goulart's writing, this book is for you. It's a perfectly good Goulart novel. If you don't, then like me, it's not the book for you.
